The restaurantThe Passiflore restaurant is open to both hotel and outside guests. It is open every night during the week, and closed on sunday. Suzanne Baret’s cooking is healthy, tasty, elegant and generous. It is not a pretentious cuisine but one that is respectful of both the food and the guests. We offer a choice of : two salad-meals, two fish, and three meats, selected by the cook.
