The restaurant

The Passiflore restaurant is open to both hotel and outside guests.

It is open every night during the week, and closed on sunday.

Suzanne Baret’s cooking is healthy, tasty, elegant and generous. It is not a pretentious cuisine but one that is respectful of both the food and the guests.

Every week, we offer a choice of : a salad-meal, or a fish, or meat, selected by the cook, from the dishes presented here.
